The owners of a waterfront property in Belmont, NSW were looking for a playful and fun addition to their laundry courtyard to liven up an existing 'blank canvas'. The lake scene with the jetty is a replica of the view that can be witnessed from the front of the property and is a unique visual element of the home. The mural was positioned in a way that the jetty would align with the laundry door; the perspective of the artwork entices you out to see more.
Nothing like spending a day in the sun with all your best gal pals right? This simple yet playful mural has been painted over the side of a private boat shed to bring a sense of Brighton's colourful beach houses to the shores of Lake Macquarie.
A simple yet effective small scale mural designed and painted on the front and side angled faces of a large planter box. The smaller scale of this artwork allowed me to experiment with different techniques such as blending of paint or applying paint with sponges or even my fingers!
This mural is 22m long by 3m tall and is located in Tomago, NSW. A nod to its location, the mural was designed and painted from the perspective of the swooping galahs and depicts the Hunter River as it winds under the Hexham Bridge and around Tomago.
